DECOV™ detects UK strains in Egypt
Abiomix™ announced today that its customer in Egypt has successfully detected UK strains in their COVID-19 sequencing runs.
The MW917236, MW917237, MW917238 strains were detected using the DECOV™ bioinformatics tool developed by Abiomix™, the Abiomix team was pleased with excellent performance of the tool that allows users to detect and classify COVID strains and generate their own clinical reports.
